Stripped Screw Flat Tip Driver – Mini for Square Wrench
- Used to remove large stripped screws and healing abutments after a flat head is created with a round bur
- Compatible with 4mm square wrenches
Instructions
- Use a small round head bur to create a flat head rectangular channel across the head of a stripped screw
- After the channel is created, attach the flat tip driver to a square ratchet and reverse the screw out

- Tip thickness : 0.80mm
- Tip width: 1.50mm
- Shaft length: 20mm total – 9mm working area
